Fully Customizable and Specialty Projects
We are based in Los Angeles County, and build all of our food trucks and food trailers to L.A. county standards. Building to L.A. standards makes it easier to pass your truck or trailer in every other county in the entire country. We have experience in designing and building kitchens for every type of cuisine. Whether it’s a commercial grade convection oven for a baker, Southern Pride smoker capable of holding 300 pounds of meat, pizza oven, wok ranges, or a line of fryers, if you want it, we can make it happen. We will work with you to turn your passion project into a money-making machine capable of going anywhere and making everything.
Plan Design
Whether you bought a used food truck or trailer and it didn’t come with the original set of plans, or if you are buying one brand new food truck, we can and will design a set of plans for you. We have years of experience in plan design for food trucks and trailers (as well as 25+ years of construction planning), and our plans are recognized all over the state.
Repairs/Equipment Exchanges
Have something you need repaired? Whether it is a food truck, trailer, or mobile support unit, we’ve got you covered. Come to our shop where a team of professionals can help make your necessary repairs. Or perhaps you just want to swap out some equipment to be able to store more cold items or be able to cook different food. We’ve got you covered there, too.
