Custom Designed Kitchens… with a HITCH!

Why Culinary Coachworks, Inc?

Culinary Coachworks, Inc. has redesigned the normal food truck kitchen layout to be superior in comfort and ease of use. We build with YOU in mind, and work diligently to make sure that you will be put in a position to succeed. Everything in our units is thought out carefully, and we have a goal of making your work as efficient and cost-effective as possible.

Here are some examples of what sets our food trucks and food trailers apart from the competition and our solution to common industry problems:

Problem: Diamond plate floors inside these food trucks and food trailers – they are expensive to put in the build, uncomfortable to stand on, difficult to clean, smells bad after first few months, and looks like a tool box.

Solution: Linoleum floors – they are much more comfortable to stand on while working a shift, extremely easy to clean, and come in many different designs and colors, making your build way more attractive.

Problem:  Most manufacturers will put fryers in the corner because they are the easier layout, but are difficult to reach when there are two people working the kitchen.

Solution: We put the fryers more towards the center of the vehicle, making them easily accessible and allowing for a smoother flow while increasing productivity, especially during peak hours.

Problem: Generators can be loud and visually unappealing. Most of the competitors will use a Honda generator and put it on the outside of the food truck or food trailer by the hitch, where no noise is muffled. Setting it on the outside also makes it more likely to be stolen or damaged.

Solution: Our standard practice is to give all of our clients Cummins Onan generators, which are top of the market generators. We hide your generator in a designated locked compartment on the opposite side of your service windows, where noise levels are drastically decreased and the possibility of theft is minimized.
